To celebrate the summer and to encourage feedback into the plan to create a better Wetaskiwin, wt is hosting a BBQ on June 20, 2009.
Hotdogs and drinks will be available for $2, along with a free chance to have your say on what the city should look like in the years to come.
Displays will be set up to give people an idea of what’s been happening so far and to show some examples of the goals we could be setting for Wetaskiwin.
The BBQ will run from noon to 1:30 pm at Wetaskiwin City Hall (4705 – 50 Avenue) and tours of the building will also be available.
Everyone is welcome to come and have their say in the future of Wetaskiwin.
