If the old adage that a picture is worth a thousand words, then the winning entry for the monthly photography contest for Wetaskiwin Tomorrow says plenty about our community.
A stark sunset with Wetaskiwin’s beacon of identity, the Water Tower, appearing on the horizon, was named photograph of the month for June.
The image, chosen from almost three dozen entries, is part of the city’s Wetaskiwin Tomorrow initiative, designed to help map our community’s future.
