I am especially blessed by the Pond Hockey program!!! Way to go Don from Instant Replay!!! My boys would not have any organized hockey if it wasn't for that! I remember when the Movie Theater opened - WOW! I distinctly said: "We don't need to go to Edmonton for great sound and quality screen!" The health care in this town is easily accessible and there is quite a committed group of caregivers in all the levels of care!!! We could go on and on just with the list of Good presented here ... I am going to stop there though ... it seems that once we start narrowing in on particular negative experiences [however real they might be] we start to define a town in a negative light. Let's pay a little more attention to celebrating with our words and voices and stories and focus energy to address the negative through our actions! We do become aware, and sometimes it is surprising and scary, of the things that are broken but, as we encourage Wetaskiwin Tomorrow with their plans and intent, we will indeed enjoy a much healthier and welcoming city.
