Another month, another photo contest winner

Todd Craig’s amazing shot of a Wetaskiwin morning has won him a $25 gift certificate to the Pipestone Food Company. This means that there is only one more monthly winner to be announced before we select the $500 grand prize winner of the ‘What does your Wetaskiwin look like’ photo contest. Entries will be accepted until midnight (MST) of August 31, so upload yours before it is too late.

We’ve read your comments, seen your pictures now we want to watch what you have to say about Wetaskiwin.

As we go out to events and meet with people, we’ve been taking the handy Flip and asking you to talk about the City — your favourite thing, what needs to be changed and why you came here.

Next CAG Meeting: August 13 @ 5:30pm

The next wtCAG meeting is 5:30 pm on August 13 at Wetaskiwin City Hall.

The two major parts of the agenda will be discussions on the feedback we’ve been receiving and on our draft goals (what else can we add? what needs to be changed?)

Aside from CAG members there will be lots of room for members of the public.

If you want to come and see what goes on at these meetings and help us set some goals, please feel free to show up at City Hall before 5:30 pm (doors will be locked at 5:45 pm).
